If you purchase any items during a vendor box or market live, your entire order will ship within this same 10–15 business day timeframe—even items that are not part of that live. We want you to love your items — but if something doesn’t work out, we’ve got you covered with a flexible return policy! We gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days of delivery.
Missed the deadline by a few days? Reach out — we understand and will do our best to help!
*Please note all purchases prior 4/15/26 must have purchased Total Order Protection/Free & Easy Returns to make any return.

All returns are inspected to keep things fair for everyone. Items will be denied (and sent back at your expense) if they show:
