- FREE Shipping: On all U.S. orders over $150
- Standard Processing Time: Orders typically ship in 2–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays & custom made graphics). We're a family-run biz, so very occasionally things may run a bit behind — thanks for understanding!
- Vendor Box/Market Orders: Most orders ship within 10–15 business days. Some items are custom-made specifically for us, which will be noted in the product or live details. If you purchase any items during a vendor box or market live, your entire order will ship within this same 10–15 business day timeframe—even items that are not part of that live. Please keep this in mind when combining vendor box items with in-stock items at checkout.

✨ Returns Made Simple Beginning 4/15/26
We want you to love your items — but if something doesn’t work out, we’ve got you covered with a flexible return policy! We gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days of delivery.
Missed the deadline by a few days? Reach out — we understand and will do our best to help!
*Please note all purchases prior 4/15/26 must have purchased Total Order Protection/Free & Easy Returns to make any return.
❌ Return Condition Requirements
All returns are inspected to keep things fair for everyone. Items will be denied (and sent back at your expense) if they show:
• Perfume or smoke odor
• Pet hair or visible blemishes
• Signs of wear
