RETURNS

Hey babe! While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is number one around here and we're happy to offer a flexible return policy!

• Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. If you miss that deadline by a few days - no worries. We understand!
• If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though! We love our Freckled Poppy community! <3
• Returns are eligible for store credit or original payment method.  We are unable to accommodate exchanges for any purchases at this time.
• Please note mystery items, jewelry, accessories or personal care items,  items bought with a coupon code at and OVER 30% (under you can return) or earned cash back, sale items and items ending in 99 are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
