There are various levels of stainless-steel quality which is why we have selected the highest grade of metals commonly used in marine outfitting. Our Surf Jewels collection consists of both gold-filled and carbon neutral metals with fine recycled gold in 14k, 18k, and 24k depending upon the shades of sunny gold we deem fit for the style and our ever-changing moods.

We use a proprietary blend of techniques to ensure that our plating process is best in class. It may take a little longer of a process for us as twice is never enough, but we believe strongly in what we do. This has resulted in our Surf Jewels collection being more 8 times durable than traditional gold-plated jewelry. Our protective layering is kept intact with simple care after exposure to ocean and pool water. We always recommend a freshwater dip and a quick pat dry for your pieces after exposure to any harsh chemicals including ones from your hair and makeup regimes!
