🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping

WEBSITE Orders: 

• Flat-Rate Shipping: $8.95
• FREE Shipping: On all U.S. orders over $150
• Standard Processing Time: Orders typically ship in 2–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays & custom made graphics). We're a family-run biz, so very occasionally things may run a bit behind — thanks for understanding!
• Vendor Box/Market Orders:  Most orders ship within 10–15 business days. Some items are custom-made specifically for us, which will be noted in the product or live details.  If you purchase any items during a vendor box or market live, your entire order will ship within this same 10–15 business day timeframe—even items that are not part of that live. Please keep this in mind when combining vendor box items with in-stock items at checkout.

Live nearby? Pick up your order for free!

• How it works:
  • Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout (available to local addresses only)
  • You'll get a "Ready for Pickup" email when it's time to swing by
  • Pickup Location:
    200 Bugeye Square
    Prince Frederick, MD 20678
    (Enter through the west parking lot door)
• Pickup Hours:
  Monday, 9am-6pm Tuesday-Friday, 9 AM – 3 PM EST
  Ring the bell if the front desk is unattended, the door is always open during these business hours.
• Important:
  Orders not picked up within 45 days of your "Ready for Pickup" email will be considered abandoned and may be returned to inventory without a refund.
  By selecting local pickup, you agree to this policy.

✨ Returns Made Simple Beginning 4/15/26

We want you to love your items — but if something doesn’t work out, we’ve got you covered with a flexible return policy!  We gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days of delivery.

Missed the deadline by a few days? Reach out — we understand and will do our best to help!

*Please note all purchases prior 4/15/26 must have purchased Total Order Protection/Free & Easy Returns to make any return.

❌ Return Condition Requirements

All returns are inspected to keep things fair for everyone. Items will be denied (and sent back at your expense) if they show:

• Perfume or smoke odor
• Pet hair or visible blemishes
• Signs of wear

🚫 FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Food & personal care items
• Mystery sale purchases
• Items purchased with a coupon code of 30% off or more
• Items purchased that earned cashback/loyalty credit
• Sale items or items ending in .99
• Any items marked FINAL SALE

💳 Refund Options

Eligible returns can choose:

• Store Credit
• Exchange of the same item to a different size/color
• Refund to Original Payment Method

Please note:
• Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Our system will provide a return label, the cost will simply be deducted from your refund for convenience.

⏳ Processing Time

Once your return arrives, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.  However, most are processed within a few days. 

Be sure to keep your tracking information for your records!

🎁 Giveaway Reminder

If an item tied to giveaway entries is returned, those entries will be removed from the giveaway count.

🚨 Fraud Policy

Purchasing items to gain giveaway entries and then returning them is considered fraud. Accounts may be disqualified from giveaways, banned from future promotions, and potentially reported.
