About the Jewels:
Chokers are triple gold plated with an 18kt overlay. As long as the item stays away from oils, water, and perfumes, your chain should stay at it's finest.
Short & Long Necklaces are made with gold filled chain and the center charms and pendants are made with triple gold plated/18kt coating.
Earrings are made with gold filled ear wires and posts. Nickel Free.
Fun Fact: We mix metals to keep the price point lower, but the product is still good-to-go and quality ready!

This adventure began deep in the heart of Texas. Two spirited girls, Brittany Wiley and Lindsey Jaco, met in class while attending college. The duo realized they had too much in common to not become best friends and have been connected at the hip ever since. Eager to learn and quick to conquer, these southern girls started on their journey together.

Handle with care To ensure that your metals retain their best appearance, it is best to store your jewelry in sealed bags to slow oxidation of the metals. Protect your jewels from direct contact with liquids and chemicals including salt water, hair products, lotions, perfumes and oils. Dainty chain necklaces: make sure you hang the clasp out of the bag to keep from tangling.

Hey babe! While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is number one around here and we're happy to offer a flexible return policy!
- Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. If you miss that deadline by a few days - no worries. We understand!
- If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though! We love our Freckled Poppy community! <3
