First: If you're new to women's odd sizes, you find your true size by taking your highest even size and subtracting 1 (this is NOT sizing down). If you straddle two even sizes, your true odd size is the middle size. For example, a true size 10 is an odd size 9! Someone that is between a 6 and an 8 would be a true size 7! Hey babe! While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is number one around here and we're happy to offer a flexible return policy!

Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. If you miss that deadline by a few days - no worries. We understand!
If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though! We love our Freckled Poppy community! <3
