About the Brand:
Chansutt Pearls was founded by self-made female entrepreneur Chandler Sutton. During her sophomore year of college, Chandler began pursuing her jewelry business and decided to give it her all. She started sending her jewelry to as many influencers as she could, traveling to different boutiques, and selling at trunk shows on the weekends
Fast forward to 2023 and Chansutt Pearls is now selling in over 100 boutiques! We are so thankful to everyone who has supported us over the years and SO excited about what the future has in store! And YES we are offering wholesale now, FINALLY! Love you all.

- We ship super speedy! Items usually ship in 2-4 business days, sometimes sooner! Due to illnesses and that we're a family run business, sometimes it's a bit later but that is rare. Please keep in mind business days EXCLUDE weekends and holidays.

Hey babe! While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is number one around here and we're happy to offer a flexible return policy!
- Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. If you miss that deadline by a few days - no worries. We understand!
- If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though! We love our Freckled Poppy community! <3
- Returns are eligible for store credit or original payment method. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for any purchases at this time.
